About HWC

The Hampstead Women’s Club (HWC) is a multinational, social organization for women living in the London area. Members are eager to make new friends and our purpose is to provide a sense of community through social, educational and charitable activities. Our membership is diverse (30 nations represented), casual, warm and dynamic.

HWC provides an abundance of wonderful activities to help you enjoy your time in London—whether you have been here for just a few months or years, or whether you’ve been here your entire life. We have something for everyone!

HWC has standing committees that have monthly scheduled events for members. They include:

HWC also hosts interest groups, which are a great way to get involved with a smaller group of members on a regular or occasional basis. If you have an idea about starting a new group, it is easy to get it up and running. We have a committee chair just for this purpose who will assist you in getting your idea implemented. Groups change each year to reflect the interests and needs of our current members.
