Username - this is your first initial, a full stop, and then your surname.
Password - (until you change it) will be your HWC membership number issued to you when you first joined and is found on the mailing label of your monthly newsletter. If you have changed your password to text, please remember it is a case sensitive field.
For example: Elizabeth Windsor (member no. 1234) would enter Username: e.windsor and Password: 1234
